We work with all ages and fitness levels, including older adults maintaining independence, kids and teens building strong foundations, and amateur to elite athletes. We also welcome NDIS participants and clients with Medicare GP referrals (CDM/EPC).

What We Do
Home Exercise Programs with Guided Video Support
For clients who prefer to complete their program at home, we can deliver your personalised exercise plan through our exercise app. You’ll receive clear, step by step video demonstrations and instructions, so you know what to do and how to do it safely. This makes it easier to stay consistent between sessions, track progress, and keep your rehabilitation or strength plan moving forward, wherever you are.
Advanced Movement and Strength Assessments
We use advanced assessment tools to measure how you produce and absorb force, and how you move under load. This provides objective data for strength, balance, and asymmetries, so your plan is based on evidence, not guesswork. Testing can guide rehabilitation progress, training intensity, and return to activity decisions. Results are explained in plain language, and tracked over time.
Balance and Strength for Healthy Ageing
We deliver strength, mobility, and balance training that supports confident movement in everyday life. Our focus is helping older adults stay independent, improve stability, reduce falls risk, and manage common concerns such as joint pain, reduced strength, and deconditioning. Sessions are tailored to your needs and progressed safely, with simple exercises you can repeat at home to keep improving between visits, and feel steadier each day.
Return to Sport and Performance Development
For athletes and active people, we design sport specific programs to build strength, power, speed, agility, and reaction time, while reducing injury risk. Whether you are returning from injury or aiming to perform better, we tailor training to your sport, your position, and your season. Sessions focus on movement, progressive loading, and clear targets, so you know what to work on next and why it matters.
Remedial Massage and Hands On Therapy
Hands on therapy can be a powerful support for pain, stiffness, and recovery. We use remedial massage and soft tissue techniques to reduce tension, improve mobility, and help you move more comfortably. Treatment is guided by assessment and matched to what your body needs that day. It can also complement your exercise program by settling symptoms so you can train and rehabilitate well, and reduce stress.
