  • Yes. Our exercise physiologists work with eligible NDIS participants to support functional capacity, strength, mobility, and long term physical outcomes. If you are unsure whether your plan covers exercise physiology, our team can guide you.

  • No. Remedial massage can help with pain and specific issues, but it can also be beneficial for injury prevention, reducing muscle tension, improving mobility, and supporting general wellbeing.

  • Remedial massage may be recommended for muscle tightness, stress-related tension, reduced mobility, sports recovery, injury management, or ongoing aches and pains.

  • Many people feel improvement immediately after a session, or within 24 to 48 hours. This can depend on the area being treated and how long symptoms have been present.

  • How often you should book depends on your goals and symptoms. Some people benefit from regular sessions (for example, weekly or fortnightly) at first, then move to maintenance sessions every 3 to 6 weeks.

  • Private health rebates may be available depending on your fund and level of cover. We recommend checking directly with your health fund to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.

Your plan is tailored to your sport and stage of recovery, and may include exercise based rehabilitation, strength and conditioning progressions, massage therapy, and recovery support where appropriate.

  • Yes. Where appropriate, we provide personalised exercise programs that you can follow at home between sessions to support your progress.

  • Where clinically appropriate, sessions may include selected manual therapy techniques and soft tissue work to support your overall treatment plan.
