Alex Argôlo
Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Movement Specialist
Originally from Brazil, Alex brings over 20 years of experience and a deep passion for working with both amateur and professional athletes, from foundational development to high-performance training.
His expertise includes functional movement training and assessments, sport-specific performance, and post-injury or preventative exercise strategies. Alex is recognised internationally for his work with professional athletes, reflecting his strong reputation in the field of performance and rehabilitation.
Alex is highly trained in Functional Movement Screens (FMS and MAT System), EXOS Performance, and the Cooper Mentorship, as well as international programs focused on advancing athletic performance.
He is also specialised in a wide range of rehabilitation and recovery therapies, including NeuroKinetic Therapy, Kinetic Link Training, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation (IASTM), cupping, joint compression flossing, biomechanical taping, and active rehabilitation through therapeutic exercise.

Bruno Spíndola
Remedial Massage & Manual Therapy Practitioner
Bruno is an experienced remedial massage therapist with a strong background in manual therapy, pain management, and functional movement. He is fully accredited, and remedial massage sessions with him are eligible for Private Health Insurance rebates, depending on your level of cover and health fund provider.
With years of hands-on clinical experience, Bruno takes a patient-centred approach to every session, focusing on reducing pain, improving mobility, and supporting recovery from both acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based techniques such as soft tissue release, myofascial therapy, joint mobilisation, and movement-based interventions.
His advanced training includes Mastery Certification in Manual Therapy, Fascia Manipulation, Visceral Manipulation (Barral Institute), Laser Therapy/Photobiostimulation, and other integrative methods that enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Before moving to Australia, Bruno supported athletes in Brazil across training and competition, providing remedial massage and manual therapy to assist recovery, manage load-related soreness, and reduce injury risk.
Bruno is currently pursuing a Master’s by Research at Bond University.

Tina Schilling
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Tina specialises in prescribing and delivering exercise interventions for a range of chronic and complex conditions, including diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, and neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic, and respiratory disorders.
She is particularly passionate about empowering individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis, as well as supporting women through pregnancy-related conditions, gestational diabetes, postnatal depression, and more through evidence-based exercise.
Tina provides comprehensive initial assessments and supervised exercise sessions, allowing for the development of tailored programs to suit each individual’s needs. She also has experience leading small-group strength and conditioning programs for athletes and individuals aiming to improve performance, health, and overall well-being.
