Cancellation Policy

Appointments and booking confirmation

Clients are advised of our cancellation policy at the time of booking. By confirming an appointment online, by phone, or in person, you acknowledge that cancellation fees may apply for late notice or non-attendance.

As a courtesy, we send an SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment. This reminder should not be relied upon as the only way to keep track of your booking. Clients are responsible for attending their appointment at the scheduled time.

Notice required

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a fee.

Late cancellation fees

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, but more than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time, will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Appointments cancelled within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or missed without notice, will incur an $80 cancellation fee.
